About the Role

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll take ownership of bringing creative ideas to life — from the initial concept to the final execution. You’ll collaborate closely with designers, strategists, and project managers to deliver high-quality work that aligns with client goals and brand identity. Your day-to-day tasks will include transforming briefs into engaging visual experiences, contributing fresh ideas during brainstorming sessions, and ensuring that every project maintains consistency, clarity, and creative excellence.

What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of professional experience with 2+ years of experience in User Research
- Experience in conducting research with a clear understanding of various quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Analytical, data-driven, and supremely detail-oriented
- Highly collaborative and empathetic: you love connecting with and helping others, whether they’re users or teammates
- You’re legally authorized to work in the United States and able to work US-hours.
- Preferred: Experience with quantitative analysis and data visualization
